After growing up in an environment without much inspiration or empowerment, Claudia finally discovered her inner strength and voice as an adult. This journey of self-discovery inspired her to develop a program for young girls so they could learn, at an early age, to identify themselves as valuable, beautiful and powerful. And with that, 4GIRLS was born.

Claudia is trained as a Co-Active Coach with the Co-Active Technology Institute and started her own business, Claudia Copley Empowerment Consulting. Through her work, she guides others to transform into their best and most authentic version of themselves and encourages them to live while they are alive.

Claudia lives in Long Beach with her husband and two children. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in International Business. Since 2009, Claudia has served as a docent at the Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) in Long Beach sharing her love of art, history and culture with children, teens and adults.
